Comparative genomics. Molecular phylogenetics. Cross referencing of biological data in public databases. Methods for data integration and exploration (visualization and hypothesis testing). Development of graphical approaches to enable candid users with the ability to implement workflows for sequence processing, and analysis. Dynamics presented by the yeast community present in the waters of the Tagus estuary: interface between marine and terrestrial environment, influence of human activities. Yeast distribution across the stratified oceanic water column.
